UV Jelly Printable Film Product Details
HY-UVTPU-JL is a transparent TPU UV jelly printable film for creating glossy, raised logos, lettering and decorative graphics. Its smooth, jelly-like surface adds rounded highlights and visible depth, while clear or semi-transparent edges complement the printed artwork. Available in 0.2 mm and 0.35 mm thicknesses, it can be used to develop custom badges, brand emblems and decorative details for suitable garments and textile accessories.
Print your artwork using compatible flexible UV ink and varnish, cure the printed design and contour-cut it to shape. Remove the surrounding excess film before applying the design using the process confirmed for your intended material. Match the printing, cutting and application settings to the selected thickness, and test adhesion, flexibility and wash performance on a sample before production.
